Marta Rupieta 
In banks, she was the Director of the Legal Team, and previously a corporate lawyer, working with businesses on a daily basis, providing legal advice on financing, on restructuring transactions in the corporate sector, including syndicated loans. She provided legal assistance with regard to debt collection and litigation against unreliable customers. She represented the interests of the bank in bankruptcy proceedings. Marta specializes in capital market transactions, in particular VC and PE, investment/project financing, as well as alternative energy sector processes.
